A Step-by-Step to Fully Investing in Your Preferred Photography Studio.

Renting a studio for any photography or motion production is essential for creating high-quality content that can be used in many different ways. A professional studio service will unite all the necessary features, appliances, and skills to ensure that the result is precisely what the brand has conceptualized. As a brand, ensuring you’re maximizing your time and squeezing the most from the studio rental is essential.

The first step to maximizing any space’s rental is understanding the studio and what it includes. The dimensions of the room should be the primary check. There should always be a designated space for the actual shooting/filming and other areas for storing the equipment and the rest of the products, accommodating the team and the models (if any), and moving around freely.

Along with the dimensions, considering what kind of lighting the shoot needs is also essential. Our Studio 1 features a southeast daylight exposure, making it an excellent option for natural light-filled content, with high ceilings and large windows in 4,200 sq. ft. It also features motorized blackout and diffusion blinds, to make sure the ambiance can be changed and achieve exactly what the client’s picturing.

The studio should also be accessible for all, close enough to public transport, and preferably with on-site parking for seamless unloading. It should also include restrooms for everyone, an area for hair and makeup, and a kitchen or a place destined for food and drinks separated from the equipment. Referring to the equipment, it’s also crucial to know what’s available in the studio: cyc walls, lighting equipment, props, bays, WiFi… By checking ahead of the shoot, anything that’s needed and not there already can be sourced elsewhere.

Our Studio 2 includes a drive-in entrance, dedicated car drop-off lanes, and 13,000 sq. ft available for rental, ideal for events, film, and commercials. It’s fully equipped with power outlets, a modular sound system, gallery lighting, a warming kitchen, and 24/7 security to make sure the rental experience is smooth.

Once the studio space is chosen and before the rental, it’s important to also mind the time slot needed for the whole shoot, including the setting up and taking down props, equipment, products and undressing the models: there might be additional charges or another client waiting for the next time slot. The chosen studio should advise on all these factors and help you create an achievable schedule for arriving and leaving the rental space.

As a brand, hiring a studio escalates your content to the next level of quality and creativity, as it’s a space where you can fully assume control and take the shoot in whichever direction you have in mind. Maximizing the time and investment there will mean planning ahead of time: having a clear vision of what the results should look like, picking a studio that checks all the project requirements, and understanding how it works and its features.
