What is the turnaround time for retouching?

10 Business Days from the date of client selects. We offer rush delivery as needed, however, rush fees may apply

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire, paypal, and credit card with square. We do not accept checks.

Payment procedure?

All invoices are paid 50% prior to initiation of production and 50% upon project completion. However, Slate does operate on a NET 30 policy and will require the 50% outstanding if it hits before completion of project. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of nal retouching.

What happens if I want to add in a service or need more retouching?

We understand that processing or requests can change, and a nal invoice will be submitted with any additional add on requests prior to completion of job to be paid.

Why a retainer?

Retainers allow us to provide a cost advantage of services to our clients. We typically prefer a 3-month or 6-month commitment for e-commerce packages to ensure we can develop an automated system for our clients.

When is Slate open?

Slate is open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. We do oer other available options to work with your need.

Does Slate studios have a freight elevator?

The freight elevator operates during the same business hours as Slate. The dimensions of the elevator are 92 l x 92 w x 88 h
