If 2017 was the year of Millennial Pink, 2018 is set to be the year of lavender. Models dressed in head-to-toe purple graced the Tibi and Victoria Beckham runways, with others sporting accessories in next season’s “it-color”.

No longer strictly worn by the “tourist-dad”, fanny packs have been embraced by fashions elite, trend-setters and cool-kids. They come in every shape and form; from Public School’s sports-tech fanny packs to the sleek, envelope-styles presented by Solace London.

Shoulder pads, oversized jackets and wide leg trousers; SS18 is about “suiting-up”. Ports 1961 finessed the classic tailored suit, while Marc Jacob played with unusual silhouettes and daring colors.

YGB; the color combination of SS18. Raf Simons perfected the palette for Calvin Klein, sending models down the runway with red cowboy boots, yellow satin pants and electric blue nylon coats. Have a look at our recent E-commerce work here that embraces this YGB trend.

Big plaid, small plaid, colored plaid, grey plaid- Plaid is invading SS18. Marc Jacobs’ collection was heavy with colorful plaids, whilst Tibi’s classic grey plaid was refreshed with colored PVC belts.
